Wedding Day Coordination service includes:

  • An initial meeting 6 weeks before the wedding date to ensure everything is on track and for me to learn the specifics of your plans

  • Unlimited phone and email support throughout the process

  • Creating a detailed timeline & distributing to all suppliers to ensure everyone knows where to be & when

  • Attending ceremony rehearsal, discussing layout and logistics for the day 

  • Overseeing all suppliers set up arrangements, double checking and confirming timings

  • A meeting 1 week before the wedding to double check all details, timings & arrangements

  • On the day management & coordination
