  • Unlimited phone and email support throughout the process

  • An initial meeting to establish wedding budget and priorities

  • Ceremony and reception venue recommendations 

  • Guidance in the selection of vendors with unlimited coordination and management of chosen vendors

  • Developing the style and decor in consultation with you

  • Providing style mood boards and floor plans 

  • Run-sheet management consisting of a detailed wedding day timeline 

  • Creating and distributing detailed itineraries to all vendors

  • A final meeting one week prior to the wedding

  • On-day ceremony and reception styling, event management including set-up and pack-down, and coordination of vendors
