Wedding Van

This package is for the couple who has done most of the big stuff but needs help organising the rest. You may have already booked your venues and some vendors but are now feeling stuck?! What to do next? That's when I can step in.

Meet Me Halfway package includes:

  • An initial meeting to understand your vision of the day

  • Working with you to book all remaining vendors and suppliers who I am confident would fit into your vibe and of course your budget too

  • ​Development of design boards and floor-plans

  • Unlimited phone and email support throughout the process

  • Creating a detailed timeline & distributing to all suppliers to ensure everyone knows where to be & when

  • Attend ceremony rehearsal, discussing layout & logistics for the wedding day 

  • Overseeing all suppliers set up arrangements and confirming timings for set-up and set-down

  • A meeting 1 week before the wedding to double check all details, timings & arrangements

  • On the day management & coordination - up to 12 hours
